By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us for informational or service-related purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

Your SMS opt-in information is used solely for communication directly from Golden Sky Management.

QuickBooks Online financial data accessed through internal business applications is not shared with any third party except as described in Section 7 (Third-Party Services) of this policy.


6. Data Storage and Retention

(a) Personal information collected through our website and web forms is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes;

(b) Financial data retrieved from QuickBooks Online through internal applications is processed during report generation and is not permanently stored in a separate database;

(c) Generated report files and operational logs may be retained for up to 30 days for operational and debugging purposes;

(d) OAuth 2.0 tokens for third-party API integrations are stored securely using encrypted environment variables, secrets management services (e.g., GitHub Secrets), or equivalent measures;

(e) No QuickBooks Online data is stored in publicly accessible locations;

(f) SMS consent records are retained in accordance with applicable telecommunications regulations and our service provider requirements.


7. Third-Party Services

Our business operations integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

(a) Intuit QuickBooks Online: Business financial data is accessed via the Intuit Developer Platform using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's Privacy Policy.

(b) Google Gmail API: Used for delivering internal financial digest emails to authorized recipients. No external email content is read or analyzed beyond the delivery function.

(c) GitHub Actions: Used for scheduled execution of internal business automation tools. GitHub's privacy practices are governed by GitHub's Privacy Statement.

(d) RingCentral: Used for business SMS communications. SMS messages sent and received through RingCentral are subject to RingCentral's Privacy Notice.

(e) Buildium: Used for property management operations. Data processed through Buildium is subject to Buildium's own privacy policy.


8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and business information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

(a) OAuth 2.0 authentication with automatic token refresh and rotation for third-party API integrations, in compliance with each platform's security requirements;

(b) Encrypted transmission of all data between our applications, third-party platforms, and email delivery services;

(c) Access controls limiting internal application use to authorized personnel of the Golden Sky Entities;

(d) Secure storage of authentication credentials using encrypted secrets management;

(e) No storage of third-party platform user passwords or account credentials within our internal applications.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from our systems.


9. Your Privacy Choices

You may:

(a) Withdraw consent for communications, including SMS, by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly;

(b) Disable cookies through your browser settings (where applicable);

(c) Request information about the data we hold about you;

(d) Revoke any application's access to QuickBooks Online at any time by disconnecting the OAuth authorization in your Intuit account settings (applicable to authorized internal users);

(e) Request deletion of any report outputs or logs generated by our internal applications (applicable to authorized internal users).

10. Children's Privacy

Our website, services, and applications are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
