Property Management
Property Manager
Manage a portfolio of residential and light-commercial properties end-to-end — leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination.
Assistant Property Manager
Support the Property Manager on leasing, tenant inquiries, maintenance dispatch, records, and marketing to keep occupancy high.
Resident & Maintenance Ops
Maintenance Coordinator
Triage and dispatch service requests between techs and residents, manage vendors and inventory, and keep work orders moving to completion.
Residential Services Specialist
First point of contact for residents — answer calls, log service needs, resolve concerns, and hand off complex issues to the right team.
Maintenance & Trades
Residential Maintenance Technician
Handyman work across our Muncie portfolio — drywall, carpentry, painting, flooring, and repairs — plus renovation support between service calls.
Carpenter | Crew Lead
Own a jobsite end-to-end — direct laborers, manage the scope, troubleshoot, and keep renovations on schedule and on budget.
Carpenter | Laborer
Assist the crew lead on carpentry and renovation work — framing, trim, decks, flooring, installs, and general site execution.
Licensed Electrician
Perform electrical installs, repairs, and inspections across our managed properties. Indiana electrician license required.
Plumber
Install, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems across residential and commercial buildings in our portfolio. Valid plumbing license required.
