Find a home that fits.
Our available-homes page lists every property open for application. Each listing has photos, pricing, square footage, and availability. Filter by city and beds to narrow it down.

Tour
Self-showing on most homes, anytime.
Most of our listings are available for self-showing — you schedule through Tenant Turner and tour on your own time. Some properties require an agent-accompanied showing, which we coordinate directly.

Apply
Online application, under ten minutes.
Every adult occupant applies online. A non-refundable fee covers background, credit, and rental-history screening. We apply the same criteria to every applicant — criteria are published on the rental-requirements page.

Move in
Lease signing, keys, and a clean handoff.
Once approved, we sign the lease, collect the security deposit, and coordinate move-in. A documented move-in inspection with photos is filed to the resident portal within seven days — so everyone is on the same page about condition.

Common questions from applicants.
Applications are reviewed promptly once all required documentation is submitted. If something is missing, we’ll reach out — your application doesn’t sit in a queue.
No. The application fee covers the cost of background, credit, and rental history screening, which are non-refundable third-party services regardless of outcome.
Most applicants do not need a co-signer. If your application does not meet our income or credit thresholds, we may offer approval with a qualified co-signer. We explain this clearly when the situation applies.
Prior evictions are disclosed in the rental-history check. Depending on how recent and the circumstances, approval may not be possible. We will communicate a decision in writing either way.
Yes. Most of our homes are available for self-showing — you schedule a tour on your timeline. Some homes require an agent-accompanied showing, which we coordinate directly.
Pet policies are set per-property. The listing will indicate whether pets are welcome and any associated deposit or pet rent. Service animals and assistance animals are accommodated consistent with Fair Housing.
