Maintenance requests submitted through the resident portal and triaged by our team. Emergency coverage for life, safety, and essential services. Move-in condition documented in writing.
Leasing rigor
Published rental criteria. Identity, income, rental history, and background verification on every applicant. No surprise fees, no negotiation on standards.
Operational controls
Segregated trust accounting. Quarterly property inspections. Documented vendor approvals. Escrow-protected security deposits per Indiana law.

Owner Accounting
Rent collection, owner statements, year-end 1099s, and portal administration. Every transaction reconciled.
Leasing Operations
Marketing the vacancy, coordinating showings, screening against published criteria, and executing the lease.
