Online Rent Collection & Policy Overview

Our online resident portal provides each user their own login, where they can view the current balance and upcoming scheduled rent payments. For our owners, this allows full transparency into the collections and disbursements made on behalf of your property. Our rent policy is straightforward:

• Rent is always due on the first; we do not make exceptions or payment plans
• Residents receive a 4 day grace period after which late fees will apply
• A 10 day notice is automatically sent on the 6th of the month giving residents 10 days to pay their outstanding balance
• If a resident fails to pay their balance by the 15th of the month, an eviction will be filed
• Golden Sky Management will remove non-paying tenants and efficiently re-rent the property
